I am a collaborative attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit. I have been advising small business owners, local government boards and families for my entire legal career. Before becoming a private practice attorney, I spent 10 years advising Illinois park districts and municipalities on everything from budget, finance and board governance to contracts, land use/zoning administration and employment. I took these skills with me when I became a private practice attorney and began working with small business owners and families who are buying and selling property and planning their estates. I have two daughters and a son, who are the great joys of my life, and live with my husband, who is also an attorney, in La Grange. According to my children, I am a great cook, but a terrible dancer and singer.
