SHOWROOM SALES / DESIGN ASSISTANT

Premier flooring company for over 100 years is seeking a talented, full-time Showroom Sales / Design Assistant to help support our professional sales staff so they can better serve our longstanding clientele. Responsibilities

• Assist clients and salespeople with product selections.
• Periodic in-home client visits.
• Greet customers as they enter showroom.
• Enter prospect / lead opportunities into our CRM module as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls with enthusiasm and a smile in your voice.
• Record lead information.
• Manage Sample Check Outs” and “Sample Returns”
• Monitor showroom Up Sheets in order to record all Ups and Be-Backs
• Contact suppliers as needed to check stock availability and confirm pricing.
• Maintain Showroom appearance
• Assist with pricing and showroom merchandising when necessary
• Alert Warehouse Manager of maintenance work needed.
• Keep Showroom Sales Support Materials stocked
• Handle Miscellaneous Projects as needed
