Youth Mental Health First Aid
Youth Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour class for any adult who interacts with youth in our community. This class focuses on mental illness, substance use disorders, and eating disorders in youth and adolescents and will train you how to recognize signs and symptoms, communicate with someone experiencing symptoms or assist in a crisis situation.

This class is FREE of charge and lunch is included. Youth Mental Health First Aid Training also offers 8 free Continuing Education Units for a number of professions.
