Join the Western Springs Park District and Community Bank of Western Springs for some outdoor fun! Eat lots of chili made by Casey's Market of Western Springs, unlimited pony rides and horse drawn trolley rides. Sample and vote for your favorite chili at our Chili Cook Off and much more!
