Transition Resource Fair
Join us for our annual Transition Resource Fair! This educational and valuable fair is designed for all students with disabilities and their families. Over 40 representatives from Colleges, Universities, Community Organizations, Businesses, Education and Recreation Organizations attended. They are ready to share information on all aspects of transition planning and post high school options.
