NEXT STEPS Transition Series
Transition: Making it in the Real World, Participants will review the four critical goals of transition and consider practical activities which promote their achievement. Participants will become familiar with pertinent federal legislation and understand the important roles for family members in the planning.

First in a series of 5 workshops focused on helping high school students with disabilities move forward into adulthood. The first four sessions are at Riverside Brookfield High School on October 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th starting at 6:00 and ending a 8:30. The last session will be at the Holiday Inn William Tell on November 19th in conjunction with a Resource Fair.
