King-Bruwaert House to host two virtual lifestyle seminars

King-Bruwaert House in Burr Ridge welcomes area Chamber members and residents to two informative virtual seminars, "Real Estate Market and Trends," scheduled from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, Tuesday, Aug. 25; and "Rightsizing for a New Lifestyle," from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, on Thursday, Sept. 10.  During the Aug. 25 seminar, top real estate agent Alice Chin will discuss current trends in the local housing market; what steps to take when planning to sell a home; and how to select a realtor. The second virtual seminar on Thursday, Sept. 10 will feature insights from Tammy Bilek, a senior downsizing expert who prefers the concept of "rightsizing."
