Carving Station featuring a smoked leg of lamb, peppercorn crusted beef brisket w/ gravy and smoked ham with pineapple glaze.

Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, Chicken Fingers, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Peppercorn Gravy, Steamed Veggies, Homemade Mac N Cheese, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Root Vegetable Salad, Super Caesar Salad.
