DESCRIPTION:Join Aging Care Connections and WSCCI for a Business After Hours at Aging Care Connections on Thursday\, May 14th from 4:30-6:30!  Enjoy cocktails and appetizers while learning more about the issues confronting older adults living in the community.\n\n\n\nThe Aging Well Neighborhood is an initiative funded by the Community Memorial Foundation to join social and medical health professionals with community services and businesses to transform the health and healthcare based services of aging adults through the creation of a "healthy neighborhood" that assists the whole person and affirms the benefits of a life-long process of wellness and prevention. Along with the New Regional Health\, Wellness and Safety Committee for the WSCCI\, we will present some of the core ideas and methods behind this program set to kick off this summer.\n\n\n\nPlease join us for an evening of food\, drink\, networking and information that can help grow your business!
