About Us
Pillars Community Health is a nonprofit organization that has provided integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and domestic and sexual violence services for over a century. Officially formed in 2018 through the merger of Pillars and Community Nurse Health Center, Pillars Community Health, is one of the first organizations in Illinois to integrate primary care with behavioral health and educational services.
PCH operates out of eight locations throughout the southwest suburbs of Chicago, with our integrated medical, dental and behavioral health center located in La Grange Park. PCH operates on a sliding fee for service scale, but also accepts most insurance plans. Our outstanding Benefits and Referral team connects our clients, patients, and survivors with additional care they may need.
