Join us for a fun, informative luncheon!
Jody is a business operator turned coach. She wants to share her 20+ years of professional experience with others to help them grow their careers, build, and scale their business and gain a better understanding of what is holding them back. In addition to executive and leadership coaching, she works with widows in the workplace to help them reground at work and at home so they can move forward confidently, find joy again and build everyday resilience.
Jody was the former Chairman of ArrowStream, a third-party logistics and SaaS provider founded by her late husband Steve in 2000. In July 2014 when her husband was shot in a workplace violence incident at their office, Jody stepped in and led ArrowStream on a path to sustainable profitability culminating in the sale of the company to a private equity firm in 2017.
Additionally, she was the CEO of the nonprofit Female Strong whose mission is to build confidence in middle and high school girls so that they can become our future leaders.
She was born and raised in LaGrange and resides there today with her 3 daughters.
