Join us on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM to for our annual Move with HH 5K, a fun fundraising walk at Spring Rock Park (4400 Central Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558) that brings together our community.

When you lace up and walk with us, you’re not just putting one foot in front of the other—you’re joining a collective movement to raise awareness, support our mission, and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve!
What to Expect:

A scenic, family-friendly walk in one of our area’s most beautiful parks

Connection with fellow supporters, HH clients, staff, and their families

Create or join a team and fundraise together to amplify your impact. You must raise $100 to receive a shirt.
