DESCRIPTION:The Kiwanis Club of La Grange is marking an incredible milestone - 100 years of service - with a family-friendly community event that brings together food\, dancing\, music and a great cause!\n\n\n\nOn Sunday\, May 3\, 2026\, the community is invited to the Helping Hand Center in Countryside for Breakfast & Beats\, a morning filled with delicious food\, live entertainment and activities for all ages.\n\n\n\nFrom 8am to 2pm guests can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere featuring a variety of breakfast favorites including: \n\n*French toast sticks\n\n*Quiche\n\n*Bagels & fruit\n\n*Coffee\, milk\n\n*Gluten free options available\n\n\n\nWhether you're stopping in for a quick bite or planning to stay awhile\, the event is designed to be easy\, affordable and enjoyable for everyone.\n\n\n\nLive Music and Dancing by Mr. Dave and Harling School of Irish Dancers\n\n\n\nFamilies will especially enjoy the liver performance by Mr. Dave from 9:30-10:30am bringing high0energy\, kid-friendly music that encourages dancing\, clapping and participation.  While the Irish Dancers will perform from\n\n11-11:20am where they will energize the audience with their talent.\n\n\n\nSupporting the Community\n\n\n\nThis event also will help to continue our impact in the community. Proceeds support Kiwanis initiatives focused on serving children and the local community in addition\, the Kiwanis Aktion Club - a group of adults with disabilities - will be onsite selling spring flowers\, offering a perfect opportunity to pick up something special for Mother's Day while supporting a meaningful cause.
