SUMMARY:Homemade Pasta Demonstraton at La Buona Vita
DESCRIPTION:Executive Chef Terry Rempert invites you to come and watch him make his pasta during live chef demonstrations in the restaurant every Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in November. Chef Terry will also answer questions about the pasta making\, the restaurant's extensive wine list\, upcoming specials and sourcing the freshest ingredients for their dishes. Chef demonstrations kick off November 1.\n\n \n\nEach week\, Chef Terry introduces new specials\, whenever possible integrating seasonal produce with a distinctive\, Northern Italian flair. One week may see Pumpkin Ravioli with a butter sage sauce on the menu. Another week it may include Butternut Squash or Roasted Brussels Sprout Risotto. Comfort foods like Roast Pork Loin start to appear on the menu as the chill of late fall sets in.\n\n \n\nIn addition to an extensive list of domestic and European wines\, La Buona Vita features 10 Italian craft beers that you will be hard pressed to find outside of Italy.  And our craft martinis get special treatment as we start them off with an instant glass chiller.
